Complex Clarity is a structured case process for the presentations that won't move: layered patterns, high-masking clients, unclear diagnostic pictures, trauma and neurodevelopment overlap, or treatment that keeps stalling despite your best work. It starts with your referral inquiry, and from there I determine what the case actually needs.
Some cases are resolved with one focused clinician consultation and a Clarity Map. When more is needed, I teach you the selected interviews or tools, you use them with your client in your existing sessions, and you bring the findings back. I review and synthesize the results with you in a clinical report.
This is clinician-to-clinician work. I do not meet, observe, interview, or join sessions with your client. You remain the treating clinician throughout; I support your clinical thinking. Consultation provides clinical formulation and diagnostic impressions; it is not a formal psychological assessment or a standalone diagnostic service.
Your client stays with you. You gather the information. We put the patterns together.

A Clarity Map may resolve the case. If more information would change the formulation, we agree on the deeper process before beginning.
The initial $150 counts toward the $400 total if you approve the additional $250 for deeper work on the same case. The two-business-day map timeline does not apply to the deeper report.
You do all client-facing work. I consult with you; your established therapeutic relationship stays intact.
The referring clinician pays $150 for the focused consult and, if approved, $250 more for deeper work on the same case. An organization may cover the fee under its agreement. The Lab does not separately charge the client.
The focused consult produces a Clarity Map. Approved deeper work adds a clinical report when the clinician-gathered findings are ready.
Your client remains in your care from start to finish. I help you work through the case and leave you with clinical direction to take into your existing sessions.
