Bring the Lab to your team.
Your team wants to get neurodivergence right. Your intake forms, your assessments, maybe your whole workflow didn't get the memo. That gap is where the Lab works.
One training, one project, or a year in the Lab. It all starts with a free 20-minute call.
One project,
or a year in the Lab.
A single training or project.
One team training, one focused project, or one systems review. Scoped, delivered, done.
Good fit: a clear need with a clear finish line.
The Lab, all year long.
An annual partnership, billed in 12 equal monthly payments. We build one package around your team's size and needs, and it repeats each service month throughout the year.
Need something extra one month? We add it as a separate charge, outside your installments.
Good fit: teams that want someone in their corner, not a one-time visit.
Pick what fits.
We'll shape the rest on the call.
Book any of these once, or build them into your monthly package.
Three steps
to a clear plan.
- Tell me what's going on. The short form below is all it takes.
- We talk. A free 20-minute discovery call about your goals, your team, and what shape fits.
- You get a proposal. Quoted individually, with what's included, timing, and fees spelled out. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Your team keeps the keys: clinical and operational decisions stay with you. I bring the lens.
Tell me what
your team needs.
A few sentences is plenty. We'll get into the details on the call. Business needs only, please: no client names, records, or identifying case details.
The big ones.
What does it cost?
Every partnership is quoted individually. One-time work is quoted as a project. Ongoing partnerships are priced as one annual total, billed in 12 equal monthly payments. Your package is built around your team's size and needs and repeats each service month; anything extra is quoted separately, outside the installments.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. Twenty minutes, no obligation. We talk goals, fit, and scope. Reviews, recommendations, and delivery are the paid part, and nothing starts until you approve a proposal.
How does clinical consultation work for our team?
I consult with your clinicians, never directly with clients. Your organization keeps clinical leadership and supervision, and organizational consultation isn't statutory supervision. Case material is shared only through an approved process set up before case work begins, and Private Labs use de-identified material only.
Who owns the tools and resources?
The Lab does. Trainings can include participant resources your team keeps using. Anything beyond that, like adapting materials or building them into your platform, gets clear written terms first.
Can we change things or stop?
Yes. Changes are confirmed in writing before they happen, and your signed agreement covers the term, cancellation, and what happens to unused services. We go over all of it together before anything starts.
Is the Lab ever closed?
The Lab rests from December 1 through January 7 and reopens January 8, so service runs 11 months of the year. Your proposal plans the calendar around it.
