We start with a focused clinician consultation and go deeper only when the case needs it and you approve.
If you've already had a 1:1 Lab Access session on this case, the $150 is credited toward Complex Clarity.
I consult with you and do not meet or observe your client. You conduct all client-facing work.
The focused consult is $150. If deeper work is recommended and approved, add $250 for the same case ($400 total). Your client is not separately charged by the Lab.
